I would describe Gina as capable, confident, and dependable. We worked with Gina for about 9 months when our baby was just 7-8 months old, about 20 hrs a week, and she has been the additional help we were looking for. She has excellent communication skills, and her ability to deliver is limited only to what you tell her. We are at times a bit picky, micromanaging and overbearing with our requests--even so, communication was well received. Examples: Our baby had a hand written logbook, she filled it out to our specific requirements Our baby would start to develop a bottom rash, we asked that routine be changed as a prophylactic Our baby had a rigid but developing wake/sleep schedule, and she would follow it We wanted to teach our baby sign language, and much of it had no feedback from the baby for months, yet she continued to use the signs we asked her to use. Handles incidents excellently, does a written + verbal hand off before leaving.
