During Gina’s time with us, Gina has demonstrated exceptional qualities in caring for our children. Gina is not only reliable and punctual but also brings a warmth and enthusiasm that our family deeply appreciates. Gina has been here whenever we needed (i.e. sick child, snow day, etc.) and has been nothing but reliable since we have known her. Gina has been responsible for a variety of tasks, including meals, transportation, bus pick-up, naps, etc. She has always handled these duties with professionalism and care, ensuring that our children are safe, engaged, and happy. One of Gina’s most commendable traits is her ability foster a positive learning environment as well as encourage positive behavior and manners. Gina has an innate ability to connect with children and make them feel valued and understood. Moreover, Gina has been a great asset to our family in other ways. Gina is always willing to assist with things like dishes (without ever being asked) cleaning up (without ever being asked) and generally her flexibility which has made a significant positive impact on our household.
