My experience includes respite care, transportation, errands, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, I don't do incontinence but do and encouraging physical activity. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history to build a strong connection. I provide regular updates via text or phone call, always respecting the family's preferred communication method. I am patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I also have CPR and First Aid training. Supporting families and providing reliable care is important to me, and I look forward to bringing my experience and calm demeanor to your family.
