Gina started taking care of our baby when he was just 7 months old. She is mainly responsible for everything related to him, including feeding, preparing solid foods, putting him to sleep, and playing with him. When she first started, she was very eager to learn our routine and parenting style, and she picked everything up so quickly. Our baby has formed such a beautiful bond with her. She reads, sings, and truly knows exactly how to crack him up. You can just tell she genuinely loves spending time with him. She’s also incredibly observant and proactive. Whether it's remembering a sun hat before going out or catching a tiny rash and asking if we have ointment for it, she always notices the little things before we even do.
