Hello Families, I am a 36-year-old mother of 2 with 16 years of experience working in day care centres in both New York and Florida. I have cared for children as young as 8 weeks old up to 5 years old and am a full-time mom of two boys of ages 11and 3 1/2 yrs old. In both of my long-term day care positions I have worked as the lead teacher of the day care classroom. In this position I have provided a safe , healthy and nurturing environment and have engaged the children in age appropriate activities to stimulate growth and development. I have worked in childcare all of my adult life and it is something that I am very passionate about. I am an active person who uses outdoor play, arts and crafts, music and many other creative projects to keep children happy and engaged throughout the day.
