I have worked in childcare for about two decades in all and am a mom myself. I am patient, attentive, and understand that every child has their own personality and needs. I enjoy planning age-appropriate activities, helping with homework, reading, arts and crafts, outdoor play, and encouraging independence while providing the guidance and support children need. I believe in positive reinforcement, open communication, and building trusting relationships with both your children and you as the parents.
