About Giannina

Hi! I'm Gia, a clinical psychologist from the Netherlands who moved to San Francisco for my husband's work. With a background in psychology, I bring a solid understanding of child development, patience, and a genuinely playful nature to my time with kids. I've been babysitting since I was 13, and now that we've settled here I'm happy to be coming back to it. There's something I really love about being around children -- they have this natural ability to be fully present, and it's contagious. It pulls me into the moment and makes me see everyday life from a fresh perspective. I'm warm, patient, and love to play. I'm looking to become a regular with one family so I can build a real bond with the kids over time -- that consistency is what makes childcare feel meaningful for me.
