About Gianna
Hello! My name is Gianna Duran. I am a barista in the Santa Barbara area and am looking to get back into child care. I am 24 years old, and have a younger brother and a younger cousin who I spent years helping raise. In addition, I have 2 years of full time nannying experience, and used to be a swim instructor to children aged 3-13 for a year in high school, so I understand the compassion and patience it takes when it comes to caring for children. It truly takes a village! I am here to assist your family and your daily living activities.

Gianna joined our family as a caregiver for our children for over a year. We were so grateful for her gentle care with our growing brood. During Covid, she helped us educate our little ones at home, providing lessons in reading, science, and incredible arts and crafts. In a time of radical self-reliance, Gianna helped our kids grow into themselves with thoughtful activities at home. She was always able to invent great outdoor projects or stay focused with them on indoor games and STEM projects.
