My name is Gerlan, I am originally from the Philippines, where I worked as a nurse. I bring a strong healthcare background and 11 years of caregiving experience here in the United States. I am a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA), CPR-certified, and have successfully completed specialized training in Dementia and Alzheimer's care. My nursing education, combined with my years of hands-on caregiving experience, has equipped me with the knowledge, skills, patience, and compassion needed to provide quality, personalized care to individuals with varying needs. My goal is to promote comfort, dignity, independence, and safety while providing compassionate and dependable care. I take pride in building trusting relationships with clients and their families, ensuring they feel respected, supported, and at ease.
