Making a positive impact on the lives of adults and seniors is what drives me. For the past six years, I've provided compassionate care, adapting to changing routines and handling challenging situations with patience and calm. I strive to understand each person's preferences and history to build a strong connection. I have experience de-escalating stressful situations and redirecting attention when needed. I am skilled at handling confusion, agitation, and behavioral changes. I communicate with families through written daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I can also provide transportation and run errands. I have completed some college and hold current CPR and First Aid Training certifications. Knowing I can bring comfort and support to your family is what I find most rewarding.
