Geri has been employed by us for about 6 months. She is caring for my 103 year old mother. We have used many caregivers with my mother and my in-laws so we have experience with having caregivers employed. Caregivers need patience, compassion, empathy, humor, attention to detail, kindness and to be cooperative. Geri has all of these as well as a wonderful personality and is easy to talk to. Geri has many years of caregiver experience and expertise. She talks to my mom and treats her like she is a family member of hers. We feel perfectly comfortable leaving to do our errands when she is here. Geri is right inline with our plan of care for my mom. Geri monitors her skin and performs range of motion. Great at feeding her, getting her up and putting her to bed. Great continuity of our care for my mother. Geri is prompt and reliable. Cleans up the area before leaving for the day. So happy we found Geri to help us. We would highly recommend her.
