I'm a young retiree looking to make a difference in the lives of seniors by supporting them in living the lifestyle they want. This could include activities such as shopping, cooking, light cleaning, going to the doctor, taking the dog for a long walk (or vet visit), running errands, and catching up on letters or birthday cards to name a few. My mother passed away a year ago at the age of 79. She had been living with me for the last 3 years of her life with some mobility issues. I would not trade anything for that time I had with my mom in the last years of her life. If she had not had me there to help her with things, I don't know what she would have done. I want to be THAT person you can count on to support you, or support the senior in your life when you don't always have the time to be there yourself.
