From the moment she got here, she was active and engaged with the kids, keeping them entertained rather than just supervising from the sidelines. She made sure to get them outside everyday, which I truly appreciated. One thing we especially appreciated was that she implemented a simple schedule for the day to day activities. She made sure the kids stayed on track with their routines, balancing playtime, meals, and nap time smoothly. The structure really helped everything run calmly and predictably. On top of that, she was incredibly pleasant and easy to work with. Our kids warmed up to her quickly, and we always felt comfortable leaving them in her care.
