I'm not rigid about embodying a certain philosophy when it comes to nannying-mostly child-led with appropriate guidance/boundaries, balance of indoor and outdoor play, and a balance between empowered independence and interdependence. I am open to working with a wide range of families and it works better for everyone when there's some shared compatibility. My preference is for families who share similar values around anti-oppression/anti-bias/anti-racist education and who welcome prioritizing books with BIPOC characters/stories, etc. Thanks!
