About Georgia

Hello! I am a patient, easy going, and bubbly person, and I am always able to match the child's energy. I have a strong imagination and love playing games and being silly with kids, while also being confident in my careful and responsible supervision. I have extensive childcare and teaching experience. I have worked in a preschool as an assistant teacher for two years, along with tutoring 1st graders in reading & writing in an after school program, helping pre-k and 1st graders with online school from home, and being a counselor at a summer camp for rising kindergartners. I have babysat for many families, with children ranging in age from less than 1yo to 8yo. I am from NYC, so I know the city very well and am able to take kids on adventures all around. I absolutely love children and am currently enrolled in a teaching certification program for early childhood education.
