About Genny

I'd describe my personality as being a patient, understanding, reliable, responsible person. I like working with kids because I grew up having only younger sisters and I just remember having the best time with them growing up. It's incredibly rewarding seeing how children can make a positive impact to one's life and how one can hopefully make an impact on theirs. As a college student whose graduating soon, it's important for me to look for a job where there can be some flexibility. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family and friends, reading, hiking, etc. I take pride in how well I can work with kids, many say it's a tough job but somehow I have always found it manageable and fun. In my opinion you just need to understand them as a person in order for them to listen to you, thats how I've always managed to love the kids I have worked with, because sometimes all they need is just some patience and understanding.
