Genna was absolutely outstanding. From our initial meeting a week ago, I knew she was the right choice. Our childcare needs changed suddenly, and when I asked Genna to cover a morning with my two little ones, she readily agreed. She arrived on time, communicated clearly throughout the day, and even provided updates on how they were doing. Despite new faces sometimes being challenging for kids, mine seemed to have a great time with Genna! I'm thrilled with her service and have already booked her for next week.
