We are so very happy with Genna! She has cared for our 16 month old daughter twice and we have hired her to help us as needed. She is very enthusiastic, interactive and communicative. She follows our instructions well but also uses her experience to make smart decisions for our daughter. She kept our daughter engaged for hours which is not always easy with a toddler's attention span. It was really important for us to have someone who loves kids and Genna definitely does.
