My mother was my favorite person. Unfortunately, she had dementia, and watching her change taught me how important quality care, companionship, and dignity are for older adults and their families. Whether you cannot be there all the time or live far away, you want someone dependable caring for your loved one and keeping you informed. I understand how difficult it can be for older adults to lose some of their independence and how important it is for them to feel respected, heard, and connected. I am college-educated, a native English speaker, and have spent many years running a coffee business and working with people from many different cultures and backgrounds. I am responsible, organized, patient, and comfortable talking with just about anyone. I believe everyone has a story worth hearing.
