Gen and her team took care of my father for his final 7 months. She immediately became a part of our family and helped with every step of my father’s diagnosis (terminal brain cancer). Gen has an extensive medical background and she proactively addressed medical problems, preventing serious complications. She was the miracle we were praying for. She made sure my father kept his dignity throughout his illness and her attention to detail was unmatched. Not only was she excellent in the quality of care provided, but also in the support they provided my family during this difficult time. I could not have dreamt of better care for my father.
