About Geneva

For as long as I can remember I have always loved working with children. I began babysitting at the age of 13 working with families in my neighborhood as well as family friends. Out of college, I received a job as an infant/toddler teacher at a local child care. As much as I loved working in a child care setting, I wanted to expand my educational work experience and work in a public school system. I received a teaching assistant job and worked with students in grades K-5 for the past for 7 at a local public school. To date, I am a full time school library teacher working with grades 1-4. Additionally, I have a master's degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Massachusetts Boston; and most recently I have my initial license in library science grades k-12 from Salem State University. Lastly, I have a certification as an Infant, Toddler, Lead Preschool, Director I & II through EEC Massachusetts. I look forward to working with you and your family. Best, Geneva
