I've worked in summer camps for children (4-12 years old); in a foster care for girls between the ages of 13 and 18 years old; and worked as a night nanny/nurse with a newborn. Also, I have cared for a child that has special needs. None of this is including caring for my little sister, cousin, nieces and nephews. I can cook, and my cooking skills can be adapted to the needs of each child. I love to read and absolutely love the outdoors. Genesis was friendly, responsive, reliable, punctual and flexible - all characteristics that made me feel very comfortable leaving my 5 year-old with her while I was at a conference in San Juan for several days. My son took to her immediately and asked for her each day that we were staying in Puerto Rico - and was sad when we left! She took great care of him and I would rehire her without any reservations. Highly recommended.
