About Genesis

Hi! My name is Genesis, and I'm currently a 5th grade teacher assistant at a charter elementary school in Doral. I have experience working with children in educational and creative environments and love balancing fun, structure, and learning. I'm patient, dependable, organized, and energetic, and I enjoy keeping kids engaged through games, music, outdoor activities, and homework help while maintaining routines and responsibilities. As the oldest sibling, I've developed strong leadership and caregiving skills and am very good at being both fun and stern when needed. I started working with kids in 2024 alongside a theater teacher, helping middle school students with music and dance. In August 2025, I became a 5th grade teacher assistant, helping students with schoolwork, supervision, and safety. I enjoy creating a safe and supportive environment for children. In my spare time, I work out, practice music, complete online college courses, and help care for my younger siblings.
