We hired Genesis for an on-going childcare job. She missed her first interview, saying she lost her phone in the ocean. We hired her after rescheduling (things happen), she showed up for the first week. We provided a paper schedule for her to review. We also confirmed her schedule Sunday evening for the upcoming week. She confirmed the schedule, did not show up and did not respond to texts. If you need someone reliable and dependable, I would not recommend.
