About Gallen

Hey there! I'm Gallen, I'm new to Care. com, but I'm definitely not new to babysitting! I absolutely love taking care of babies and kids. I believe those years are crucial for nurturing and learning. I've got 6 years of childcare experience. During high school, I spent my free time babysitting and I enjoyed every moment of it. I'm a medical assistant trying to get into dental school. I can also help out with housekeeping, meal prep, before/after-school care, and tutoring. With my background in healthcare, I'm very cautious about following proper COVID-19 regulations and guidelines. I take my job very seriously. I'm a CMA working on getting my BLS and CPR certifications. I'm patient, enthusiastic, and dedicated. I started working with children in middle school and found my passion for this work. 6 years ago I volunteered to work with the kids at my church. Today, I am an integral part of the children's department, I tutor, lead activities, walk, engage in reading sessions, etc.
