About Galina
Experience: 6 yrs
I started my childcare experience as a teenager, babysitting on the weekends for my neighbor's children aged 6 months and 3 years. While in college, I would frequently care for my niece and nephew, both under 10 years old at the time. I spent three years working as a part-time nanny for a wonderful family with two boys until they aged out of the need for afterschool care. These days, I babysit sporadically for a handful of families. I am looking for additional evening and weekend hours.
Most recent review
Galina was our go-to babysitter for two years, and we were honestly so sad when she moved. She’s amazing. She didn’t just watch our son — she really cared about him and his development. She spent time reading to him, helping him with letters and numbers, and finding fun ways to teach while they played. It always felt like she went above and beyond, not because she had to, but because she genuinely loves working with kids. She was reliable, patient, and so kind, and we always felt completely comfortable leaving our son with her. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have Galina.
