Gail is an exceptional nanny. She provides structure without being overly commanding. I have seen children who have no sleep schedule get back on track with nap time and bed time within a week. As a psychologically mature person she helps children grow emotionally into their fullest potential. Her ability to communicate with children who have special needs is also excellent. She creates a space for children to feel safe and helps them express themselves. By reaffirming the child in her care that they are important the children I have seen her work with begin to naturally trust Gail and learn to navigate their world with a sense of confidence.
