About Gabriel

I like tutoring because there is a huge satisfaction when a student understands a concept that they have struggled with. I also like connecting patterns that students miss in more generalized education that helps give them a deeper understanding than they otherwise might. I started teaching private lessons seven years ago, and I have substitute taught in public school settings for five years. I also have experience in special ed, and teaching summer camps. In my spare time, I like to write music, draw art, write poetry, play games with friends, and read manga. One thing you should know about me is I am also able to teach songwriting and composition, on top of the usual music theory, your training, and several instruments. My skills include music theory, ear training, and composition.
