About Gabrielle

Hi! I'm Gabrielle (Gabby) and I'm a professional Theatre artist and teaching artist. I got into child care through my experience as a teaching artist for programs like Shakespeare and Autism at The Ohio State University and theaters like Playhouse Square and Columbus Children's Theatre. I'm looking for a part to full time job on a flexible (or by need) schedule! I can do consistent schedule as well! I am currently getting my CPR certification online and I share a car with my family, but I mostly use public transportation. My main goal with your child is always to give them a safe space for self discovery, learning, and creativity. I encourage children to think independently and creatively while giving them a guiding hand. As much as I love having fun, I am firm (yet still kind) with rules. I strive to collaborate with parents to overcome challenges and understand your child on a fundamental level. In my personal time, I do shows, write plays, read books, and make fun videos!
