About Gabrielle

The best part of working with kids is being able to make a positive impact in a child's life. I currently work as an Elementary School Special Education Paraprofessional. I work in a K-5 self contained "Medically Fragile" Special Education classroom. My students have a range of physical and developmental disabilities including level 3 Autism, Down Syndrome, and Cerebral Palsy. I am currently in school for Nursing and my goal is to become a Pediatric Nurse! Prior to becoming a Paraprofessional , I was a Nanny for two boys ages 2 and 4 for over two years. My duties included getting the kids up and ready for school, bringing them to and from school, appointments, extracurricular activities, etc; meal preparation, light housekeeping; and lesson plans to advance their academic and personal growth. I spend my free time running and reading!
