Gabrielle was our back-up care nanny for my daughters when they were 3 and 5. First, she was a great communicator and well-prepared, taking the time to ask questions about my daughters' interests, their schedule, and potential activities she could do with them. Second, she skillfully navigated their bickering (probably due to her growing up with 5 siblings!) and kept them content and active the entire day. They even asked for her again, so we requested her several more times. I would gladly request her again for back-up care because she seems experienced/knowledgeable with kids across different age ranges.
