About Gabriella

Worked in a hospital setting for 6 1/2 years looking to get into something that allows for more flexibility with my family . I have experience dealing with patients from all walks of life and with many different diagnosis including Alzheimer's, Dementia, end of life , CP, MR etc . Also experience with lines and drains & ports . I am a quick learner and will always put the clients needs first . I have many testimony's and awards from patients & their families on the care I provided. My kindness , compassion and my ability to see things from a patients (clients) prospective to allows me to be better prepared to approach issues as they arise , which in turn leads to better patient outcomes .
