I would highly recommend Gabby. From February of 2018 we employed her to care for our two young children, ages twenty- and four-months old. We entrusted Gabby to care for our children in our remote, wooded home where there were many hazards such as multi-level stairs, un-level hiking grounds, a creek, and a one-way winding road. She easily adapted to our philosophy of parenting and lead outdoor exploration when weather permitted. During her nine months of employment, I was able to directly observe her with my children. When caring for our infant she remained calm and patient and was able to successfully identify ways to keep our toddler entertained. Not only was she capable of performing standard care (e.g., feeding, diaper changes), she enhanced their learning environment through interactive play and reading. She created an engaging way for our eldest to attend for longer periods of time. When possible, she would attend to housekeeping and keep our home picked up after a day of play.
