About Gabriella
Experience: 10 yrs
I had been taking care of elementary school children part-time since 2003 (when they were in 1st and 3rd grade). Even then, I would take care of other children on weekends, ranging from 6 months to teenagers with special needs. Thereafter, I studied English writing/education, taught 9th graders, and earned a certification in Special Education. I have also worked with families full time, both for childcare and private tutoring during the remote-education years we had.

Gabriella began as a weekly tutor, after online schooling took place she was with our kids on a daily basis, cared for dog, helped with things around the house, helped grocery shop and she’s adaptable (ie. spent 2 weekends house/dog sitting) when we went on vacation. Gabriella is extremely trustworthy, caring, considerate and was truly part of our family. We were heartbroken when she told us she was moving out of state. She’s an incredible caregiver and we we’re lucky to have her.
