My name is Gabriela, I am currently 28 years old and I have a 2-year-old son who is the absolute light of my life. I am currently caring for my son during the day and helping friends/family with child care and housekeeping needs in the evenings. I speak English and am a non-smoker with a clean driving record, and my own transportation. In the past, I have volunteered as a teacher's assistant in an elementary school, helping kindergarten students with learning deficiencies, and completed a four-year child development/parenting skills class which taught me how to not only care for babies and young children but also learn about their emotional and physical changes and needs. I am currently only available in the evenings, but would love to help with that portion of your day. Gabriela was an absolute pleasure to work with! She took care of my 4.5 year old daughter when we visited Fort Lauderdale recently on several occasions and my girl loved her! She’s a great communicator, responsible and reliable, warm, funloving and being a mom herself of a toddler, knew how to engage her in creative activities and prepare healthy meals and snacks for her. I would fully recommend her to any families looking for an awesome caregiver. We are so lucky to have met her and will miss her!
