About Gabriela

As a caring and experienced childcare provider, I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development. For the last year I have worked in a kinder/first grade classroom for special education. I am beginning school this fall for my teaching credential in special education/gen ed. In addition I was a swim instructor for children ages 6months to 14 years for two summers. I'm comfortable caring for up to four children, aged between 0 and 11. I have a graduate degree that has enhanced my ability to provide a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment. My patient, calm, and friendly nature allows me to connect easily with children. I believe clear communication is essential, so I provide regular updates to parents via their preferred method. I'm also willing to assist with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision.
