Monica ("Gaby") worked for us for more than 8 years. When she started, we had 3 children aged 13 mo., 3, and 5. A year later we had another baby. Gaby was absolutely wonderful with our kids, and became a part of the family. She stopped working for us about 3 years ago when I left my job (and the kids were all in school full time), but we still see her regularly and our kids are very attached to her. She is loving, very patient, really enjoys caring for and playing with kids, and stays on top of schedules, activities, and playdates. She speaks English well, but also delighted in teaching our kids to speak Spanish--and to this day they typically converse with her in Spanish! We feel very lucky to have had her caring for our children all those years, and cannot recommend her highly enough.
