I currently work as a tutor in Kumon for about a year and I've volunteered in elementary schools for about a year as well tutoring students from kindergarten to 9th grade, though I am able to tutor high levels for subjects such as calculus, essay writing, or literary comprehension. I am very comfortable working with kids and am a strong believer in learning styles. I do my best to adapt to a child's learning preferences and needs. I also have experience with tutoring children with dyslexia, adhd, and autism. I hope to get each child to understand what they're learning and be able to connect it to their thoughts, opinions, and life.
