About Frederique

Nurturing children and supporting families has been my professional focus for the past 15 years. My experience has taught me that reliable, consistent care is the foundation for a child's growth. I hold a college degree and maintain current CPR Training and First Aid Training. I am a creative, approachable caregiver who thrives when engaging children in outdoor sports, board games, or educational puzzles. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a consistent environment. Whether I am preparing healthy meals, assisting with light housekeeping, or supervising swimming, I prioritize your child's safety and development. I value clear communication and will provide updates via your preferred method. I am comfortable caring for up to two children across all age groups. I truly look forward to becoming a trusted partner in your family's daily life.
