About Franklin

Hello! My name is Hank, I am a high school math teacher and I can't wait to be your new tutor! I have been a teacher for two years and a tutor for many years before that. I have worked with all age ranges from kids just beginning their math journeys to college students working on advanced math subjects. My teaching style is focused on building up confidence in math regardless of current skill level. I employ a very gentle and respectful approach to teaching and I take great precaution to make sure all my students are comfortable in the classroom. I promise to never make my students feel inadequate or like they aren't smart enough. I believe not only that everyone can be great at math with the right approach and teacher, but that math can even become something to enjoy!
