About Frankie

I'm a recent grad and former live-in nanny to a family in Brussels. I enjoy spending time with kids and encouraging their creativity and love of play. As a nonbinary caregiver, I am dedicated to fostering an inclusive, kind environment where kids can feel safe being themselves and learning through curiosity, whether that involves screens in your home or going low or sans tech. I use a gentle but structured approach rooted in logical consequences rather than raised voices. I'm the eldest of three, so I started helping babysit my younger siblings in middle school and babysitting the children of friends and neighbors in high school. I was a live-in au pair during the pandemic. In my spare time, I like to bike, read, swim at the lake, go on photo walks with my fiancée, dance, and spend time with my dog (his name is Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson-Pike). My skills include conflict resolution, creative play, and maintaining routines/structure.
