About Francis

Working with children is more than a career for me-it's my passion. I truly love helping children learn, grow, and build confidence in a safe, loving, and nurturing environment. I graduated in Early Childhood Education, have over 4 years of experience as a Lead Teacher, and hold a Child Care Director's License. These experiences have given me the skills to support each child's unique development while creating fun, engaging, and educational experiences every day. I am patient, responsible, creative, and bilingual in English and Spanish. I believe every child deserves to feel valued, encouraged, and loved. Building strong relationships with families is very important to me, and I always strive to provide open communication and the highest level of care. My goal is to make a positive difference in every child's life while giving parents peace of mind knowing their little one is in caring and capable hands
