Hey families, I'm Francisco, aka Pancho. I'm 24 and originally from Argentina. I'm a professional pastry chef and have been caring for children for over four and a half years. For the past two and a half years, I specialized in caring for an 8-year-old boy with special needs. My responsibilities included managing medication, accompanying him to therapy and medical appointments, supporting him through emotional and behavioral challenges with patience and adaptability, and maintaining his daily routines with structured, compassionate care. Before that, I worked as an Au Pair with kids from toddlers (15 months and 3 years old) to school-aged (5 to 9 years old). My responsibilities included managing homeschooling and regular school schedules, meal planning, driving to extracurriculars, and daily care.
