About Francisca

Hello im an experienced childcare provider with going on five years in settings such as daycares, preschools, elementary and in home. I've gained experience working with children of all ages ranging 5 months up to 17 years old. With patience and a calm demeanor, I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive. My approach to communication with parents involves open and regular dialogue, ensuring they're well-informed about their child's day and any matters that arise. When it comes to household rules, I believe in aligning with the parents' guidance and expectations. To engage children, I enjoy a variety of games, from outdoor to educational activities that foster learning and creativity. I can provide meal preparation, housekeeping, tutoring alongside the childcare. I'm BLS/CPR certified and am looking to start school for early childhood education. I don't currently have my own car but do have reliable sources of transportation available to me at all times.
