France had been our full time nanny (50-55 hours/week) from 2006 until 2013 when our boys started school full time. We found her a position with another family and now that child is starting full time school as well and France is looking for another family to take advantage of her childcare expertise. France had done a great job caring for our kids, keeping them safe, keeping them on schedule, and providing discipline as necessary (she does a really good job being consistent with our discipline philosophies). She was very helpful in setting up play dates with neighborhood kids in the city as well as in the suburbs after we moved to Winnetka. France is a very responsible driver and has shuttled our kids to school, sports activities, enrichment classes, play dates, etc. since we moved to the suburbs without incident. Additionally, France is very dependable we have never had to miss a day of work because of her inability to come and she is always on time and she often stays late because our work schedules can be irregular at times. France did a great a job preparing all meals for our children and she kept a detailed grocery list as well as a list of other household items that need to be purchased which makes shopping much easier. Finally, France did a great job with the children s laundry and keeping their play areas tidy. We highly recommend France for future employment.
