Hiiiii! My name is Francisca and I'm currently a sophomore at Daley College. I love kids and babysitting, I tend to have a lot of patience with kids and my love kids and taking care of them is something that I find natural and easy to do I've been babysitting since I was 10 years old. I took care of my younger siblings when my parents went to work and basically I was their mom because my parents were very busy. My responsibilities, I can bath kids, help with assignments and even dance lessons. I also work as a household assistant and can cook, clean, and run errands. I have been a caretaker for my own dad. I can cook, but can't drive yet to start driving lessons, or do other tasks. I have a cat and I'll be happy to work with families with dogs and cats.

Francisca was great initially - she watched the kids, and did some light housework when the kids messed something up! It was great. She was with us for 2 months and she didn't provide adequate notice when she wanted to stop working. We could see signs of disengagement 2 weeks out because the kids started crying with her, and not wanting to be with her. She was missing feeding cues and one of my sons was throwing up a lot. Toys were being destroyed or she would throw away silverware by mistake. And finally, she was constantly on the phone using a small earpiece. The Friday she received her pay, she gave her last day notice. It was a horrible end to what started of well.
