We had such a great experience with Francis. From the very beginning, she was warm, professional, and easy to communicate with, which immediately put us at ease. She is incredibly kind and patient with kids, and you can tell she genuinely enjoys spending time with them. Our children felt comfortable with her right away and were always happy and relaxed in her care. Francis is also very reliable and responsible.
