I'm a positive and energetic mother of three. Now that my daughters are in school and one is happily married, I'm looking for a way to earn a little extra money while doing the thing I love. I think kids should learn as much as they can about the world around them and it's up to adults to teach them to respect others, nature, and help create a safe and exciting environment for them to explore and grow. My passion is watching and teaching kids about this beautiful world. My first language is Spanish so I can also teach them too.

Francia was an excellent nanny for our 15 month old daughter. Francia nannied our daughter for a 3.5 week short term duration to fill in for our longer term many, who was on break. Francia was communicative and amenable with our situation, and gave a very personable and warm vibe during the hiring process. While watching our daughter, Francia was very attentive and loving. She was punctual everyday and even flexible to stay later if needed. She also did housekeeping while the baby was sleeping. Our daughter, and us, loved being around Francia. We were sad to have her go - if we didn't already have another full time nanny committed, we would have loved for Francia to stay.
