Francia has been a God send for our family. We hired her when our son wasn't yet 3 months old, and she's been with us for almost a year. We are sad to see her go, but will be placing our son in daycare so she is looking for a new family. We recommend Francia 100%. She is warm, kind and loving to our son. He loves when she arrives in the morning. I know he is in great hands. She has helped with sleep training (which was no easy feat) and is always punctual. She takes him to the park each morning and ensures he is socialized. We will miss her dearly but know that she will still be a part of our son's life.
