Hi there, I'm Francia! I have over 10 years of experience caring for children, including infants, toddlers, and elementary-school-aged children. I truly love supporting children as they grow and thrive through steady routines, early learning, and nurturing care. I value building trusting, long-term relationships with the families I work with. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, and my approach to caregiving is guided by my Christian values. I'm a non-smoker, CPR/First Aid trained, comfortable with pets, have a college degree, and reliable transportation. I'm also a mom to a 1- and 3-year-old, so caring for toddlers and infants is truly part of my everyday life.
